Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned with its original packaging and accessories.

• Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

• The item must not be damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos or a short video showing the issue. We’ll review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including products that have been used, damaged through misuse, or returned without their original packaging and accessories.

• Photos or videos, if applicable

Please do not send an item back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
